After years in the shadows, the two most talked about recovery peptides now have a federal pathway through licensed U.S. pharmacies. Be one of the first to get them the right way: reviewed by a licensed provider, prepared by a licensed 503A pharmacy, and shipped to your door.
For years, the only way most people could get BPC-157 or TB-500 was from websites selling vials labeled "research use only." Not anymore. In 2026, federal health officials opened a pathway for licensed U.S. pharmacies to prepare these peptides for patients with a real prescription. For the first time in years, you can get them the right way.
The FDA placed BPC-157 and TB-500 on its restricted Category 2 list, so licensed pharmacies stopped compounding them. Demand did not go away. It moved to unregulated websites.
Both peptides were removed from the FDA's Category 2 restricted list.
The FDA's Pharmacy Compounding Advisory Committee voted to recommend both peptides for the 503A bulks list.
The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services issued an interim policy allowing state licensed 503A pharmacies to compound BPC-157 and TB-500 for individual patients with a valid prescription, under strict quality and safety conditions.
The HHS policy is an interim enforcement policy while the FDA completes formal rulemaking. It is not an FDA approval and does not establish safety or effectiveness.
Since the October 28 announcement, interest in BPC-157 and TB-500 has exploded. Many pharmacies are still scrambling to source pharmaceutical grade ingredients and meet the new federal quality requirements, which means delays and short supply.
Our pharmacy partners are ready now, held to the highest standards the new policy demands. Get your evaluation started and be one of the first in line.

Peptides are short chains of amino acids, the same building blocks your body uses to make proteins. BPC-157 and TB-500 are two of the most researched peptides in the recovery space, and they are often paired because each one is studied for a different piece of the repair puzzle.
A 15 amino acid peptide originally derived from a protective protein found in human gastric juice. It is one of the most widely studied peptides for soft tissue research.
A synthetic version of the active region of thymosin beta-4, a protein your body naturally makes that helps cells move to where they are needed.
See the published studies โ Most research on BPC-157 and TB-500 comes from laboratory and animal studies. Human data is still limited, which is exactly why your protocol is reviewed and prescribed by a licensed provider who looks at your health history first.
BPC-157 and TB-500 are studied through different mechanisms. Pairing them covers more ground than either one alone, which is why this combination became the go to recovery stack.
BPC-157 is studied for local tissue support, including blood flow and the repair of tendons, ligaments and muscle.
TB-500 is studied for how it helps repair cells travel through the body to the areas that need them.
Together the stack is used by people who want to stay consistent with training, work and life instead of sitting on the sidelines.
BPC-157 and TB-500 are two of the most studied peptides in recovery research. Here are some of the key published studies, in plain English, with links straight to PubMed.
Researchers reviewed 36 studies on BPC-157 and musculoskeletal recovery. They concluded it shows promise for recovery from musculoskeletal injuries and called for more human trials.
Read on PubMed โIn a small retrospective review of 16 adults with knee pain, 14 reported meaningful relief after a BPC-157 knee injection given by a physician. The average patient age was 60.
Read on PubMed โA review of the research on tendon, ligament and muscle healing. The authors reported consistently positive healing effects across the studies they examined.
Read on PubMed โIn tendon cells from rats, BPC-157 sped up tendon outgrowth, helped cells survive stress and increased how quickly repair cells moved.
Read on PubMed โIn rats with a cut Achilles tendon, BPC-157 improved tendon strength, function and tissue structure during healing.
Read on PubMed โExplains how thymosin beta-4 helps move repair cells to injured tissue, supports new blood vessels and reduces scar formation.
Read on PubMed โFaster wound healing in several animal models, including aged mice. Two phase 2 clinical trials in skin ulcers also reported faster healing in patients who healed.
Read on PubMed โIn a rat wound model, thymosin beta-4 increased skin regrowth, collagen and new blood vessel formation at the wound.
Read on PubMed โMost research on these peptides comes from lab and animal studies, and human studies so far are small. Results in animals do not guarantee results in people. Studies are shared for education and are not a promise of results. Your provider will help you decide if this protocol is right for you.
BPC-157 and TB-500 were being paired long before anyone gave the combo a name. As the stack spread through gyms, training forums and recovery circles, people started calling it the Wolverine Stack, a nod to the famous comic book hero known for bouncing back from anything. It stuck.
Real life is not the comics, and no peptide gives you superpowers. But the name fits the animal that inspired the hero too. Pound for pound, the wolverine is one of the toughest creatures on the planet. It stands its ground against animals many times its size and simply keeps going.
That is the spirit of the stack. Built for people who refuse to stay sidelined.
Training for your next PR or keeping up with the grandkids. If your body is how you live your life, this stack is worth a conversation with a provider.
Lifting, running, sport. You push often and want to recover well between sessions.
Golf, pickleball, hiking, gardening or chasing the grandkids. You want to keep doing all of it.
Stiff joints, tight tissue and everyday aches that slow you down more than they used to.
Long days on your feet or physical work that takes a toll week after week.
Into your 60s, 70s and 80s, moving well means doing things on your own terms.
You want to keep doing what you love for decades, not just the next few months.
Maybe it is the round of golf you keep skipping. The hike you keep putting off. The grandkids asking you to get down on the floor and play. Or the training you refuse to give up. Whatever keeps you moving, it is worth fighting for.
The best years are the ones you get to live fully.

BPC-157 and TB-500 are not FDA approved drugs. But the rules around compounding them changed in a big way in 2026.
October 28, 2026: the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services issued an interim enforcement discretion policy covering six peptides, including BPC-157 and TB-500. Under it, federal regulators do not intend to take enforcement action against state licensed 503A pharmacies and licensed physicians that compound these peptides for individual patients with a valid prescription, as long as strict conditions are met.
Those conditions include ingredients from FDA registered manufacturers, a certificate of analysis for every lot, patient specific prescriptions, required labeling and safety reporting to the FDA.
How we got here: in 2023 the FDA placed both peptides on its Category 2 restricted list. In April 2026 they were removed from that list, and in July 2026 an FDA advisory committee voted to recommend both for the 503A bulks list. The new policy stays in place while the FDA completes formal rulemaking.
To be clear, this is not an FDA approval and it does not establish safety or effectiveness. It does mean you can get these peptides the right way: prescribed by a licensed provider and prepared by a licensed U.S. pharmacy.
Peptides sold online as "research use only" are labeled not for human use. There is no prescription, no provider reviewing your health history and no licensed pharmacy standing behind what is in the vial.
With Celara Med, a licensed provider evaluates you first, and your prescription is prepared by a licensed U.S. 503A pharmacy. That is the whole point of the new federal policy: moving people away from unregulated sources and toward licensed, prescription based care.
The peptides everyone has been talking about are finally available through licensed U.S. pharmacies. Create your account, check out in minutes and let a licensed provider take it from there.
Prescription required. All products are subject to evaluation and approval by a licensed medical provider, who determines whether treatment is appropriate. Not everyone will qualify. BPC-157 and TB-500 are compounded medications prepared by a licensed 503A pharmacy. Compounded medications are not FDA approved and have not been evaluated by the FDA for safety, effectiveness or quality. BPC-157 and TB-500 are compounded under the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services interim enforcement discretion policy issued October 28, 2026, which is not an FDA approval and may be revised.
